PC Zodiac Staff (R9 Div, inscribable) & unded Lich

Hi, two items are as follows.

Zodiac Staff, R9 Divine, 11-22 damage, halves recharge of spells (20%), inscribable. Inscription, head + wrapping are garbage mods at the moment.

Mini lich, undedicated.

Not sure about the staff
A lich is probaly around 40-45k , even more if you are lucky ;P

30-40k df zod staff, most primary att staffs are horrid
