"Charge!"

Hello

I have enough of the hench warriors casting "Charge!" all the time. I find it boring in normal mode (except for necessary jogging like in faction Bazaar area) and a nightmare in hard mode. I would like to be able to run at the speed I want and not to be forced to always run at overspeed.

In Nightfall I solve the problem by taking the hench dervish Gehraz in stead of a warrior. In faction, I take the hench assassin (however, not as good as a warrior). But in prophecies, no choice. This has to be Thom or/and Stephan.

I suppose that lot of people like to play at higher speed all the time and I can understand that. But then it should be a possible to turn it off for people who do not like it.

I would like to know how others feel about that. Do you all like it?

You're complaining because you dislike running fast? You must be the WORST person to ever post on guru. I would understand not liking the waste of an elite that Charge! is, but really? You dislike RUNNING SLIGHTLY FASTER THAN NORMAL?

What's wrong with running faster? Nothing. What's wrong with Charge! as the elite? Waste of an elite.

If I could move that fast ALL the time - I SO would!
But is that worth giving up the DS or Earthshaker slot?
SO isn't.

(Outside of those times when I was farming Turai and I wanted to get there as fast as possible. I LOVED Charge! then!)

Who would ACTUALLY elect to play at a slower pace? The GW environments are absolutely dreadful, and walking through them at a normal pace instead of faster is roughly the same as pulling your tongue out of your mouth, and stabbing it with a rusty screwdriver.

But that might just be me.

When questing I love it, bring a warrior hench just to get around faster to get things done faster. GG. That so bad?

i have a very hard time believing this thread is even serious right now.

So OK. It means you all enjoy that skill very much and I am an exception. I understand that. I am probably still a "low level" player in comparison to most of you here and that explain the different point of view.

But hey! For first time I post, what for friendly feedback! Or is there a rule I missed telling that to be member of this forum requires to be of certain level and lower than that level are just dumbos that will be treated with arrogance?

The only thing I don't like about henchies with Charge is that it doesn't affect minions. Kinda pointless to rush to the next battle and then wait for the rest of the troops to arrive (not that I do ) before engaging the enemy.
