I want to know if there are any skill trainers which allow you to buy ALL skills from them? Or at least all for a certain campaign.
If there are not, are there certain trainers who have a large amount of skills available?

Yes, there are. I may not remember them correctly, but I think they are the guys in Harvest Temple (Factions), Gate of Torment (Nightfall) and Ember Light Camp (Prophecies).

The trainers in Ember Light Camp (Prophecies) and Gate of Torment (Nightfall) offer all the skills of their campaigns. I'm not sure there is an equivalent in Factions or EotN, though.

Nightfall: Zedhet(something like that) in Gate of Torment
Prophecies: Dakk in Ember Light Camp
EoTN: Some dude in Eye of the North(town), sells all available eotn skills and other skills that you have already unlocked on your account.

Don't remember which ones, but I know there are at least 2 skills you can ONLY get from Zenaida, one from Assassin and one from Ritualist.

No there isn't, you can only buy skills from a campaign in the campaign's map. (I think that is what you meant, otherwise you should just start unlocking skills in pvp srsly)

Michiko has all Factions core professions' skills. She's missing some Assassin and Ritualist skills, which are found from skill trainers along the way as you progress through the campaign. Only the Harvest Temple skill trainer has all the Factions skills in one trainer.
