PC on jade sword

Slashing Damage 15-22(requires 9 Swordsmanship)
Damage +19%(while Hexed)
Lengths Crippled Duration on Foes by 33%(stacking)
Armor +5

I was wondering if i remove the the +19% While Hexed,Crippled Duration by 33% and Armor +5
if i would sell for higher?? or
maybe make it a caster or , Damage +15% while health above 50 ,Hp+30 and an Armor Penatration +20%(20%chance)

would it sell higher with no mods,caster, or the warrior Weapon one?

Adding mods won't matter. Price depends on the inherent mod (15% above 50, 15% while enchanted for example) or if it is inscribable. If it has no damage mod and isn't inscribable then adding +30hp to it still won't make it worth anything.
