i'm looking for +15% / -1 regen life as condition, no need vampiric

Edit by mod: Vampiric is -1 health regen.

My edit : Yes, but i needn't vampiric mod (+3/-1 life), just need the vampiric condition, like ^50, under 50, -5energy, -10def, -1 mana reg, but i need with -1 vampiric
