Where to now?

So at level 20, where am i supposed to go to get the top line gear and such? For all campaigns please that would be helpful..

For Elite Armor (which cost 25k, 50k, and 75k plus materials) I suggest wiki, too many places for me to bother listing.

If you're looking for armour, weapons, weapon add-ons, upgrades etc i suggest you use http://wiki.guildwars.com or http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
and search for these terms.
Of course if you've only just reached level 20 then your adventure has just begun. I'd suggest finishing the games. you can get standard armour with full armour points in Droknar's Forge in prophecies, Kaineng centre in Factions and Sunspear Sanctuary in Nightfall, but there are other locations that supply some of the armours. Elite armours can generally only be acquired through completing certain parts of the game and they are generally fairly expensive.
Some places you can go are Fissure of Woe and Underworld to acquire pieces for obsidian armour, for example.
Then of course there's several sets in each campaign and the expansion, all listed on the wiki above.

Max armor is not very hard to get, just follow those places. But often the best looking armor(no i dont mean friggen obsidian for every profession) is often elite armor, which takes a hell of a chunk out of your bank
