I requested a PC on a Shield of the Wing with that armour level and requirement and their opinions went from "merch it" to a couple of K.

It's sort of a niche item that someone might want in the future but they're probably harder to come by than 7/15 shields. I recommend you hang on to it until a prospective buyer pops up.
