Skin/hair color mods?

Has anyone made any mods that add/replace skin/hair colors? I kind of wanted to be able to give my character light blue skin like the Dunmer from Morrowind, but I don't have the slightest clue how to mod the game.

No way to change it that I know of. If its really that important to you then you will probably just have to make a new character with the hair and skin colors you want.

I guess you could use texmod and fool around with sprites, as far as i know it lets you do that.

That's actually an easy task.

1: Learn how to use Texmod from the link pasted above.
2: Open Photoshop or something equivalent.
3: Find your characters texture (in this case skin) and add a photo filter/fill layer and drop the opacity.
4: Load it in Texmod.

Those steps assume a certain knowledge of both Photoshop and Texmod, so if you're unfamiliar, I suggest you allow time to work out those programs first.
