Vaettir farm?

I did some Vaettir farm today, worked well. First time I talked to the powder dude in Drakkar Lake and ran a cricle from Norhart to Jada Moraine. I figured I only needed to make this long run once because I've seen people run starting from Longeye. Well, after zoning from Longeye, the powder dude wasn't there- what's the deal with that?

Also, what's the most effeciant way to aggro the groups? You'll have to do 2 sepeate groups, right? One up, and the other below- there a way to aggro them all?

If u look closely, people starting from longeye's are ele's. This is because ele's are able to farm vaettier without blackpowder, albeit at a slower rate. With a sin, u must start from sifhalla because that is the only place that blackpowder spawns. But, once u get to the vaettir, just zone back and forth between jaga and bjora until ur bags are full. I suggest u make a lot of room and only pick up gold weapons and stackable material like glacial stones and mes tomes. as for aggroing, if it is possible to pull the groups together, it isn't time efficient. It would take more time and patience than it is worth to make such an attempt.

He's not there cause he's only in The Drakkar Lake area and once u zone into a town he's gone and you gotta do the run all over again. People leaveing from longeye aren't farming Vaettirrs using the keg farm, they are most likely useing eles to farm them thus not needing to run as far.

Most people will farm them in 2 seperate grps, I have heard one can gather them all but you need to find the right place to block them to stop them from scattering.

When people are running it from Longeye they are not doing it with the "powder dude" since he does not spawn anywhere except outside of Sifhala. They are using skills to kill en-masse instead of bombs.

If you want to do the bombing style you do as you did and run from Sifhala but instead of map traveling you walk out the portal to Bjora and back in again to respawn Vaettirs (as long as you do not enter an outpost or dungeon Blackpowder will remain with you)

No way to agro both groups at once as far as I know - only takes an extra minute to kill the 2nd group and I usually do both as I get most of my holiday drops from the first group and seem to get a higher percentage of gold weapons from the 2nd group.

Others prefer to do 1st group only - whatever works for you.

It only takes 2 minutes to kill the 60 Vaettir and this is killing them in two groups. Rezone and repeat.

you have to start in sifhala and then run to jaga moraine through all the indirect areas. you should kill them in 2 groups, cause 1. its inefficient in timing to group them all and 2. you get less drops because youll be killing more in less time.

it's more efficient to just kill the 36 group and rezone however.
