Makin' 'passive' gold.

So I've been thinking, what are some ways in guild wars that a player can make a decent array of gold without trying as much. For example, I'm thinking a player can make a 3 hero build that can kill Zaishen areas getting faction- letting the NPCs do all the work. Also, some farms, like a cryer for vsf doesn't even require effort until the very end- the sin does most work. Gmmm, any other ideas?

predictions, takes 5 min. Make anywhere from 100k to 500k, depends on whether you have a couple acc, and how your predictions do.

I do something called garbage collecting.
I pick up all the drops people don't want and sell them to the merchant.
Somewhere between 600 and 800 gold is better than none, am I right?

Predictions, and don't sell the keys for less than they are worth. People will offer ectos and all kinds of garbage and they will tell you that the markets saturated but that's crap. There are always guys with money trying to increase their title, easy money.

1. AFK Glint farming: Bring a friend and set heroes (3 on each side -> collect cores when you are back in town.
2. Buy items/weapons/mods cheap and sell high in auctions (10-30% return is good). Things take less than a minute or 2 to list.

and buy and sell things for example if you happen to see a fella selling 250 destroyer cores for 75k (which is pretty much the lowest price you will get) buy them off him. and sell for 100k. its power trading and u can make millions. I saw a bone dragon staff req 9 going for 100k+50 ectos when i know i could have sold it 90ish ectos.
and yesterday a everlasting ooze tonic going for 100 ectos only! you can try trading ectos for Z keys u can make a profit.
For me i run dungeons (not CoF
) to get up a lot of cash and then buy and sell for profit.

This. It is extremely easy with Sabway/Discord and the $$ is good too. I've made about 50k in the last few days. And it's kind of fun too.

- On IWAY wars, mesmers, and trappers, move back to the front and cast Spike Trap and Barbed trap again after frozen soil is up.
- On Obsidian spiker Ele's, keep your char in the back and let your heroes attack. The eles will attack your Spirit Of Brambles first.
- Try to put Spike Trap and Barbed Trap a few inches apart to prevent Zaishen from "sneaking" in on one side of the door without cripple or KD.
- Disable fire attunement, meteor shower, and glyph(shift + click on the skill) on your heroes, so that you can cast it but they can't. Put heroes on "Guard" strategy.
- As soon as the countdown timer starts, flag your heroes at the back of the entry chamber.
- Immeditately cast brambles just inside the doorway to the left side.
- Cast spike trap to the left of the middle of the door, and barbed trap to the left.
- Back up about 2 inches and cast tripwire.
- Move back and cast Frozen Soil. Try to hide it, or put it out of the line of fire.
- When Frozen Soil is done, cast fire attunement on all heroes. The timer should be at about 10.
- When Zaishen are visible on the radar, cast glyph of lesser energy on all heroes.
- Target nearest Zaishen as they are entering aggro range.
- Cast meteor shower on one of your heroes. Then again. And again with your 3rd hero.
- Let the heroes auto attack.
- Call targets to keep your heroes from idling out.
- Does a good job exploiting AI

When can you get your tournament points from the predictions? I did the november ones... but nothing.
Also, to the OP, you can easily farm stacks of items for wintersday.
