I want to buy a q7 or 8 tactics shield. Prefer it to modded with +fortitude unconditional, doesn't have to be +30 or perfect, but that is preferred. I if you have a tactics shield that has fortitude and is q8 or less feel free to post. Even if it doesn't have fortitude mods feel free to post because I will definitely consider others.
