I wanted to report an account buyer, who was switching districts too quickly for the in-game /report method.

I logged in to PlayNC support and proceeded to file the Violation Report with screenshot. They asked for my email address and account info, which I supplied.

The system insists that I create a new account because they don't know that email address. When I check my PlayNC account information, there is the same email address in my account info.

So who do I call? I obviously can't complain to PlayNC without creating a new account.

My email address has been "verified" and says so on my account profile.

But during the reporting process, you have to supply your email address as the first thing on the page of the "Ask a Question" form. It says it is both required (has an asterisk) and optional (if you don't have an account). It won't continue if you don't supply it.
