I've been playing around and I came up with this. I was playing around with it in the Isle of the Nameless with my PvP character. My PvE Ele is far behind to coming close to this. Should I spend my time on it?

Every Maintained enchantment on hero's get's casted on you.
How it works-You should have a lot of enchantments on you. Every time you cast a spell you should gain 40 energy. Also if you are doing this right you cannot go below 1/2 health if you spam Infuse. When you cast Infuse health, your ally should be healed 417 health with perfect equip. With [Mindbender] you can cast infuse health in 1/8 of a second, healing ally 417 health, healing you if your below 1/2 health and gain 30 energy. You can keep Protective Bond on your allies. I suggest avoiding using it on henchies and bring another player.
Stay back! Spam [Infuse Health] and [Aura of Restoration]. Take out Holy Veil and put in [Mindbender] if you have it.
Hero's should have no problems running their builds. With minions keeps their energy clean high.
Counters- Heavy enchant removal. If you lose Ether Renewal your going to be in big trouble, but you shouldn't because you should have three or four spells in front of it nearly always even when you recast it. Hero's will try to keep Blood Ritual and Shield of Absorption on you. Aura and if you have it Mindbender should be way in front of it to.
As I said, I tested this in Isle of the Nameless, should I go this way with my PvE ele.

well, it sure looks,, um... interesting to say the least.. ill withhold any criticism until i try it out myself just because it looks like it may need some trial first. Id also test it in an active area, not just on practice dummies..
off the top of my head however, id say that discordway always works better when you can control the hexes and conditions yourself. allowing you to effectively prime and call targets. [assassins promise] and <CTRL>[you move like a dwarf].
When your heros have soul control over hexes and condition application, your discord build becomes less functional unless you bind 2 hero skills to your keyboard then disable them so they only cast when you call them.
and dude seriously? [mending]?
And why no [signet of lost souls]? [signet of lost souls] is definitely a win for any necro because it gives health and energy.
seems like for your heroes, you are putting too much dependency on soul reaping for your e-management because of the lack of [[signet of lost souls] and only 3 pips of energy regen.
get rid of [life siphon] and replace with [putrid bile] which is a perfectly good death magic hex.
if you are bringing 20 minions you really should have [death nova] at least and if you can [dwaynas sorrow] but not important as death nova. otherwise you would be better off with more sturdy minions. like give one hero [animate shambling horror] at least. because without [death nova] your [animate bone minions] go "poof" instead of "boom"
and having 10 maintained enchantments on you?? how do you spell OVERKILL jesus dude. your bar alone should cover all the e management you need. Honestly i would revamp your heroes completely and make them more useful to a discord team.
like give your MM [discord][animate bone minions][signet of lost souls][putrid bile][death nova][feast for the dead][foul feast][infuse condition] Death magic and soul reaping
then if you still want to go enchantment heavy id make the other 2 heroes n/mo and go

thats just a suggestion, and it would balance out what you are trying to do a bit better. That was just off the top of my head. It probably could still use some improvement, but if you handle the healing, your heroes will prot and prime. With 2 copies of [[aegis] you should find that it is active more often.
Just disable [enfeebling blood] and [suffering] and then bind them to your keyboard so they only cast on whom you tell them to and when you tell them to.

This version handles enemies with condition and hex removals very poorly.
* loose blood skills:
Life siphon has too high casting time for discordway and you have zero hex variability (only 1 hex only 1 kind). Curses has AOE and fast casted hexes, id qwould reaplce one with [Suffering] and other with [Parasitic Bond].
Enfeebling blood is great, but you should not carry two copies of it. diversify to, i.e., [Weaken Armor]
BR is not necesary if stuff dies, you have SR abusers and your own energy should be supercharged. I'd replace one BR with [Putrid Bile] and other with condition causing skill: [Animate Shambling Horror] is nice candidate.
That should strenghten discord part of build.
I rather wouldn't comment on Whole powerheal idea with tons of maintained enchants so that i would not hurt your feeling.

Interesting build though. When you get your PVE ele up to where he can run this you should repost and let everyone know how it worked out. Also agree with previous post about swapping out some of your necro skills. [[signet of lost souls] should be on all of your necro skill bars.

oh yeah btw, the lose health part of infuse comes after the healing, meaning if you use infuse; you'll be at 1/2 health, not 1/2 health, then healed from Aura of Resto + ether renewal + Life Attunement
