Ok, so as title says, im looking to buy some green necro weapons, for cheap of course.

I've got Kole's Torment for 4k:

Staff

Energy +10
Dark damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Blood Magic)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Health +30
Energy +5
