Calling the Order

I really want to unlock dasha vestribule in nightfall to do protector of elona, but on wiki it says i need to do quest - Calling the order http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Calling_the_Order which is given by head priest vahami in grand court sebelkeh, however when I talk to him he only gives me the option to enter the mission. So i looked at the preceded quest - Warning Kehanni http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Warning_Kehanni but once again the person will not give me the quest, therefore once again i went bacl to All's well that ends well http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/All%2...That_Ends_Well but guess what ? I cant get the quest.

this quest is preced by tihark orchard which I HAVE done, so how am I meant to unlock dasha vestibule ?

Dasha Vestibule requires you to have Margrid the Sly. If you chose Master of Whispers instead of her, yuo'd be taken to Dzagonur Bastion instead. Both missions can be done, but the primary quest you need to get to them depends on which hero you selected. If you chose Master of Whispers, you can still do Dasha Vestibule at any time. To do it before beating the game and acquiring Margrid, you'd need to join a team that has Margrid.

ive finished the game and i picked master of whispers first time. it says to unlock dasha vestibule i need to do calling the order, which takes me back to the beginning

First, Calling the Order should be the Master of Whisper quest to unlock Dzagonur Bastion (I just did it on my Ranger).

Second, you need Margrid the Sly to unlock Dasha Vestibule the way of the quests. That is, choose her instead of Master of Whispers.

Third, once you unlock Dzagonur Bastion you can do Dasha Vestibule, you just need to head to the outpost. Which is tricky since it's within a cliffside that crumbles.

Ahhh that makes sense now. Calling the order is only available for people that chose Master of Wispers on the first play through, it is no longer avaialble for you now. You just get to do tht mission.

just beating the game isn't enough. you have to do the quest to get margrid.

when your in the outpost after you beat the campaign, the one with like the endgame armor crafter and such, you need to get the quests for all the heros that you didnt do before, for ex the choise b/w jinn and sauske, which ever one you didnt pick only way for you to get them is to get their quest from the endgame area. then when you have the hero you have to find your way to the out post then you can do it normally.
