I can't recall how long I've been playing, but I decided to log on after not playing for a very long time. Anyway, I logged in a couple of weeks ago and now I logged in again. Only this time I noticed that Factions is no longer available to me. I still have the titles I earned in Cantha, but I don't have access to Cantha. Also, I still have my Asian characters but I can't play them.
It's really weird because it says I have 8 of 6 slots.
I don't want to play Guild Wars, but I'm worried because it could mean I will eventually no longer have access to ANYTHING.
I searched the support site but I couldn't find anything. After a while I figured I could just get my key and simply re-add Factions to my account. There's just one little problem: I have no idea where the key is. I think I bought Factions in 2006, so it's been a while.
What do I do? I don't understand why I still have my titles but lost Factions. I also don't understand how I 'lost' Factions. How is that even possible? I haven't played in the longest time and I am 100% sure no one has played my account but me. So it must be ArenaNet's problem, not me.
No Longer access to Factions

Send a support ticket. If they can see that you have really bought and added the Factions campaign, then I'm sure they will solve your problem.

How do I do that? I've become accustomed to WoW.

go to the ncsoft support site (or look for a link on www.guildwars.com which will lead you to the support site) and then send a ticket.

You go to the support site for your language/world area and use the "Ask a Question" tab.
Don't be surprised if your first response is a canned message. Persist and a real person will contact you.

I experienced the same problem back when EoTN came out. After a long discussion with NCSoft, they finally gave me a new code.
To save you some trouble, give them the following infomation, as they will ask for it anyway. Just telling them that you cant get to Cantha anymore and that you have Cantha titles isnt enough it seems.
-The access codes you've entered for all the Guildwars games you have.
-Proof of purchase
(If bought through the online store, they want your name, and last 4 digits of the credit card number)

It seems really dumb that I have to do this when it's clear I'm not the one at fault here. But ok.
