Fat Kids Are Hard To Kid[nap]

Hey,

I came back to the game a month or so ago and joined a reform of an old GvG guild of mine. It seems it's time to throw in the towel with that guild; we simply couldn't get enough active players to maintain a consistent core of GvG. I think it's time to move on and start GvGing once again

I have played in many many guilds throughout the 43 months that I have been playing. We breached top 100 in a few of the guilds, but I'm looking for any top 400-500 guild that wants to reach top 100-200.

About Me:
-1.9 mil Balthazar Faction
-PvP Titles: Almost G4 and R3 (About 50 or so points away from both). In my GvG downtime, I've had plenty of time to RA, so i suppose my title dictates that. As far as the rank goes, never really Haed save for the occasionally guild balanced run (usually played mes or infuse).
-Positions: Warrior and Mesmer are my two best, but I'm fine with running midline in general (Ele, Nec, etc.). Most of my GvG experience is as a monk, but I'd like to think i'm retired from that. I used to call strats and the like for some of my previous guilds as warrior, but I've become a bit rusty as of late.
-Vent+Mic
-I'm an experienced player that has been through basically everything. I've experienced every imaginable kind of guild drama; this is something i'm trying to avoid this time around (more on that in the next section)

What I'm Looking For:
-A top 500 or so guild that has the ambitions to go top 200, or higher. This doesn't necessarily refer to the current rank of the guild, but rather the average skill level of the players. This includes proper weapon swapping, positioning, and a strong grasp of the overall GvG Mechanics. I'm fine with teaching a few members about their roles in GvG (weapon swapping, positioning, etc) but i'm trying to avoid being in an environment where everyone needs their hand held every step of the way.
-Rage Free enviroment: I can't stress this one enough. A rage/elitist prone atmosphere has hindered many of the previous guilds i've been in, and I've been kicked/left because of it in the past. I'm really trying to avoid this as much as possible. This means openness to constructive criticism. I'm always open to be told how to improve; however, the key word is constructive. Blaming others and saying they suck, etc. simply shows the lack of maturity in players. I always give constructive criticism and ways to improve your gameplay. I usually obs matches afterwards and see where players need improvement (including myself). This isn't meant as an insult, simply a way to ensure the team is performing at it's utmost efficiency. If there's an area of your gameplay that needs improvement, I'll definately bring it up; I'm expecting the same to be done to me.

Conclusion:
I'm an experienced player who is simply looking for some casual, but competitive GvG play. In many of my past guilds, I've been in charge of recruiting and ensuring everyone is performing their roles properly. I'm currently in university, and I don't have time for this sort of situation anymore. I'm looking for a guild that wants to play GvG to win, but that doesn't need to be told how to do their roles. I'm a very laidback guy and love to joke around, but outside of matches. I'm really looking for some serious GvG action.

Bit long, but I might as well write more and make sure I get the right guild.

Gimme a pm on the forums or in game if I sound like the right kind of player for your guild.
