if not, is there any aoe attack for dervishes thattriggers vigrous spirit other than the normal scytthe attack ((with secondry monk still))??

Enchantments ending and affecting enemies doesn't count as an attack at all. Vigorous spirit will trigger once when you cast an enchantment, but only once regardless of how many enemies it affects. Only way you'll get multiple triggers is with scythe attacks (and by extension, any attack skill used with a scythe, like mystic sweep or chilling victory).

- Healing is triggered after the action finishes. Interrupted actions provide no healing.
- Unlike its sister skill, [[Live Vicariously], target enchanted ally does not have to hit to trigger the healing.
- Attacks with scythes that hit multiple targets or skills that cause multiple attacks, such as [[Cyclone Axe] or [[Barrage], will trigger this once for each foe the attack attempts to hit.
- With its low cost, quick recharge, and fixed duration, [[Vigorous Spirit] can be used as a cover enchantment for more important enchantments (e.g., [[Mark of Protection] or [[Shield of Regeneration]).
- Allies with an IAS will enhance the healing received from Vigorous Spirit.
