did they take Zehtuka's back pack out of the game. i have visited all four sites several times and no backpack poped. is there something you have to do to get it to drop

It's random, and like all random drops, may never drop for you.
And there are six places for it to drop.

just keep looking, it may take several times for it to show up... if you're lucky.

And when you get it just what use is it ?
You get way into a game to gain an item that just replaces the bag you already have.
Saves you buying a rune of holding but I recon the percentage of players who haven't done that by the time they get the drop equals 0 %
The other three Zehtuka's items have some useful function I was pretty surprised that this was just a bag.
Unless they have now made it useful with an update I missed reading about.

As a rough guideline, I went through one spawning point of the bag and the jug about 2000 times while running chests in The Desolation. Got 5-6 jugs and just one bag. The drop rate is probably around one in thousand like many other semi-rare items you may get from chests.

only seen it once in my time spent there, and now a proud owner of the backpack on my my main char, its just for coolness I keep it, nobody sees it, nobody but here now know about it. Its just my secret little GW characters personal lost backpack that carries my stuff now beside a secondary normal bag

I got the pack the first time around, I was doing the quest to get the elite wurm skill and I had ALT held down comming back around from getting the skill. It was far back near some sandstorms and I went to nab it
Now the Charr bag I wasnt able to get because they didnt come out untill much later then my character is, but I was able to buy one from a random person

i got mine without even trying, was off to cap an elite skill i think and spotted it on the floor :P
