I made my account in October and I made picks for November. I went to the agent after the update and it said come back in 13 min. I came back later on and it does nothing now. Any thoughts? ty

P.S I have another acccount and it got points, and i picked same on both so i know i should get some on this one too!

Im in the same boat, neither of my accounts got points, but after 3 months of missing the deadline I made absolute sure that I got them in on time this month.

Regina explained a few months ago that it takes time for the program to run through the accounts. Just be patient and see what happens tomorrow.

If you still don't have your points, then contact Support. They are aware that problems crop up with this program and will not ignore your complaint.
