Since the update I have been sticking with this build
Normally, I run this
[assassin's ][][][][][][Painful ][summon ]
Sure, it's not the best, I've heard "Get Splinter Weapon." But this build still makes things go BOOM.
Should I switch for this?
[Signet of ghostly ][][][][][][painful ][summon ]
1) Yes, people scream when they look at my health, it won't be the last to. I like big numbers and I wanna see big numbers fly.
2) Damage with Signet Of Ghostly or Interrupts with dissonance? Which build should I choose?
Signet of Ghostly Might or Assassin's Promise?

Although I'd look into dumping Gaze/Shadow for something like AR/GDW/PB.
But this works better.
No need to be 'afraid' for the recharge.
And also decent damage from. I've been playing around with both. [[painful bond] is almost a must. However, without assassin's promise it's an energy drainer, along with [[Anguish] or [[Shadowsong]. Just be careful with them, because they take a lot of energy doesn't mean they are useless. Anguish is your most powerful spirit, combined with painful bond and [[signet of ghostly might] it hits 60+ damage and triggers painful bond. Why have 5? It's makes things go BOOM.
Math Time!
[]+[]+[]+[]+[] = 88
[]+[]+[]+[]+[]+[painful ] = 179
[Signet of ghostly ]+[]+[]+[]+[]+[]+[painful ] = 239 + 33% IAS + BOOM.

So in the end, I think this is the best result we're going to get out of this skill change.
[build prof=Ritualist desc="SoGM Summoner" com=12+1+1 channeling=12+1][Pain][Bloodsong][Vampirism][Signet of Ghostly Might][Painful Bond][Splinter Weapon][Ancestors Rage][Summon Spirits][/build]
If you must switch out skills, your optionals include: GoLE, Anguish, Vital Weapon, Essence Strike, Gaze of Fury, Warmonger's Weapon, a res or anything from your secondary. Only put left over points into spawning if you are not using an attribute from your secondary or a res from the resto magic attribute.
EDIT: If you want, you could probably run a major channeling rune with this to hit splinter's next breakpoint.

Bloodsong and Vampirism are unaffected by SoGM since they lifesteal instead of do damage. According to the official wiki talk page Linsey has confirmed that to be intentional, so wouldn't it be better to drop at least one of them for Anguish or something? Personally I think I'd drop them both for Anguish and GoLE.
I haven't been able to check this personally, I'm just theorycrafting here.
Edit: well, they still do get 33% IAS so maybe it's still worth it.

I have tested it and both [bloodsong] and [vampirism] do not do more damage when used [signet of ghostly might] they do have IAS.
still with my build I did max of 237 dmg per second.
And I have enough energy, never even run low on it.
[Boon of creation] simply works.
I will try out other spirit's

I find the 25 second spirits just don't last long enough to be useful, they do huge damage sure, but are just as prone to being nuked as any other spirits. If spawning power was more useful and gave something other than health I might consider using them, but half my energy for one spirit just doesn't cut it. ( I'll mess around with it more later, see if I can find a way to fit it into my bar.. )
at the moment I'm running:
[Ether Signet][Pain][Bloodsong][Vampirism][Shadowsong][Painful Bond][Signet of Ghostly Might][Summon Spirits (Kurzick)]
Sure Bloodsong and Vampirism don't get extra damage from the SoGM, but the 33%ias + Painful bond still makes them valuable IMO. I may squeeze anguish in instead of shadowsong, but the blind; even if it works vs one opponent only, is still useful, especially when that one opponent is a Destroyer intent on smashing you to pieces. With good use of Summon Spirits, I found that my spirits rarely die especially since I usually let my party engage, then bring up the spirits so that they're not targeted right away.
