Looking for friendly, casual, British Guild

I've had Guild Wars a reaaalllyyyy long time but I've never got round to getting stuck into it and getting to level 20, so that's why I've decided I'd like to join a guild. I'm a noob at GW so I'd like it if someone could help me level up, and Vent or Teamspeak is a must, most of the guild members have to be from britain, no offence other people, I just don't want to be in a different language speaking guild. Most of the people have to be around my age group, which is older teenagers, from 16-20. I don't mind if there's a mix, I just don't want to be in a guild with all +20s or all -16s. Also, members do need to be fairly active on Guild Wars, I've been in gaming clans who are not very active, even though they are nice people. So I need to find friendly people AND active people. I also don't mind if I can't be in the Guild, but I can play with you just casually, and maybe you can help me level up. Like a social group.
