It's the message from when alliance chat was restricted to leaders and officers only. They just haven't changed it since then.

That's how alliance chat used to work (to prevent people from spamming the crud out of AC). Kinda wierd that you are seeing it now.
The empty guild list is just because of a common glitch after updates that sometimes prevents your guild from displaying (a very well known, common bug).

Ye, just got it after update. GW didnt load that i even had a guild as u might see - neither my name had the [**] behind..

Hmm, maybe the developers team from GW 1, didnt have anything else to do so just realse a pack whit many bugs. So they dont get fired :>
