why is it?

i do a ton of farming and a question has bothered me from the start. so.. i figured id ask all you fine folks, take advantage of the unprecedented pool of intellect on the GW forumns for the answer.

why is it gold spears and scythes will not drop in hard mode while doing vaettirs or raptors or the core run in glints? i use those three example because those are the ones where i kill mass amounts of baddies over and over. ive always wondered this.

any answers would be just great.

Cause you are not killing any paragons or dervishes. Hence spears and scythes are not part of their drops list.

that makes sense, however i get white and blue ones in mass. also i get shields swords axe, even caster golds and their are no warriors or casters in the raptor cave. also doing glints you get virtually every class of weapon there is. BUT never gold spear or scythes.

Because there is one employee at ANET whose only job is to monitor your game play, figure out what you want, and then deny it to you.

This makes as much sense as any other explanation you will get

horace you may just be on to something!!! seriosuly though i was curious. i think its odd that you can get blue and white spears scythes all day long but no golds. there MUST be a reason, and i feel i need to know.
