How much is one Glob of Ectoplasm worth? As in how much gold/platinum is it worth?

I understand it is often replaced with currency in trades dealing over 100 platinum, but again, if I gave someone 100k and one Glob of Ectoplasm, how much would they have?

i think price is more n less firmed in recent 2 months, 100k=21ecto, so 4750 g each, majority of ppl buying and selling at that price
