Gw2

This just a theory but i reckon that the reason there hasn't been a lot of information on GW2 is that i read in an article ages ago the NCsoft became partners with Sony Studios so its just a theory but i reckon that when Sony host there presentation at E3 early next year it will be announced on both formats.

For me this is would be great as my pc is on its last legs and saving money by not spending it on a new PC would be a huge advantage to me getting this game.

What do you guys think?

Too bad like someone above posted GW 2 is a vaporware.

GW2 on the PS3 would be very interesting, and it should be concidered a possibility.

However that would have nothing to do with how much information they release about the games content or features.

You might as well be asking if GW3 will be exclusive to PS4.

as stated in one of my earlier posts, GW2 should be a bannable word to post on guru.

I think we should be a little more concerned with GW2 being released for PC before we start moving onto other formats.

If anything, given the current state of NCSoft, the partnership with Sony Studios means bad things for GW2. NCSoft is struggling on multiple levels and needs a new direction. That new directions means new partnerships and different projects, and could include the possible death of several projects currently in development.

Can't be putting the cart before the horse right now.

The reason i have came to this conculsion is the fact that what would sony want with NCsoft if it wasnt to bring GW2 to the PS3? maybee another entirely seperate MMORPG seems more unlikely than the possiblility that GW2 will be diffrent formats. The trend was set with Half Life and Unreal Tournament both now available on consoles.

The reason i said that it would be announced at E3 along with more information is because Sony along with Nintendo and Microsoft know that a lot of gamers take notice of the events and wouldn't like to be hearing the same news that was released 6 months ago onto the internet. Its all about making your company look good and by having arguably the worlds best MMORPG become a PS3 and PC exclusive Sony and Anet are offering their product to a lot more potential customers.

And people who say that a game is dead because of a lack of information thats just silly.

This thread has no new info, just speculations like a million other threads about GW2. Till you see a trailer or some screens, GW2 remains vaporware.
