Nope, idea not even good on paper once you think about it.
A lot of roles are indirect and can't be kept track by computer. And it's just gonna get more complicated when you try to include them. |

Being able to see statistics would complicate it? I don't know anyone who would think this would make things complicated. Also, WoW isn't the only game that shows statistics, and it certainly wasn't the first. I have absolutely no idea why you're comparing this to WoW.

here are some things that statistics simply won't show. for instance, a cripshot can go an entire match without actually killing a single target, but can easily help bring about the deaths of a ton of foes. he can also not cap a single shrine, but managed to defend a few shrines. these things are very hard to keep track of, and won't get rewarded in a system like this. interesting idea, but the rewards will be biased toward specific character roles. |
