considering they're req9 insc:

-celestial longbow: 25-30k
-silverwing recurve bow: around 400e lately
-ironwing flatbow:10k
-plagueborn Recurve bow: 15k
-Dryad bow: dont know really
-Jade longbow//amber: around 6k I think

Plagueborn, Amber and Jade Bows don't come inscribable as far as I know.

No, it doesn't. Many Canthan Skins (mostly Shields and Staffs but also Bows and other weapons) don't drop there.
Just to name a few: Celestial Staff, Plagueborn Staff, Bo Staff, Dragon Staff, Echovald Shield, Ornate Shield, Gothic Defender, Plagueborn weapons in general, etc. Those only exist non-inscribable.
I'm not 100% sure about the Jade/Amber Bows, but almost.

What about the zaishen chest? as far as I know it drops any gold weapon
