LF social Kurzick guild in US

Now that I have Factions, it's time to get back into the guild scene. I've found myself allied with Kurzicks, so I'm looking for a guild allied with them. I'm in the US west coast, so location is a factor.
Although my character may be logged on often, I'm a casual player, only actually playing a few times a week - I leave my characters on in case someone whispers me for something.
I don't do PvP much, but I have done the occasional AB/CM; anything beyond that, I haven't touched.
I'm pretty self-sufficient, able to afford most of my own equipment, but I'm definitely not bleeding gold.
I don't know all there is to know about the game yet, so I may ask a really obvious question here and there. If I talk though, it's mostly for social purposes. I would prefer a chatty guild actually, as long as the chat is random at times - I don't want a guild that talks about nothing but Guild Wars.
