Silly Skills Thread, how would you change them

OKay so there are some skills you can't effectively use or are blatantly stupid. So post a skill you think is 'silly' and how you would balance it.

first up [pulverizing smash],I mean most KD skills already depend on/cause weakness and it requires adrenaline which you probably used on gettign them down in the first place(unless its club of bears), thus crushing blow is better.

Make it: 5 energy, 10r same function but add 'if target foe is enchanted, they suffer from cracked armour for 3...12 seconds'

So... you need to lose all your enchantments, to make them last longer... Ok, but you need to lose them again?

Delete the "When this enchantment ends, you lose all enchantments on you." part.

Each one of those letters represent a dumb skill. There are more, and I didn't include anything PvE-based, but meh.

WoW is a good skill, but has suitable characteristics to compensate the "unstrippable guardian" effect... do you think it's dumb because it can't be rend'ed ? if that's the case, just quit pvp plz

btw, I think the op wanted to talk about useless skills, not what you think is overpowered

It's dumb because it's unstrippable. I guess you can say that it's dumb because enchant removal is too strong, but then again they are basically stances castable on other players. Except with no removability whatsoever.

Yeh I do mean skills that just suck, not are OP or w.e, like some of the mesmer signets eg. [signet of disenchantment]

@Picuso:my only gripe with pulverize is that its req adrenaline, I usually run devastating hammer or forcefulblow w/heavy blow, so weakness is also already there.

WoW is 10e

duration and recharge are scaled so that it can't be maintained on more than one person

it has 1s cast time, which is more than enough for a half decent ranger to dshot it, or a not so terribad mesmer to interrupt it

1s cast time prevents you from catching spikes, unless opponent melee really fail

using WoW effectively isn't that obvious, especially in GvG

if there is a problem, I think it comes form the over defensive / spike metagame, and WoW may just be a part of it (thanks for the good work Izzy)

Signet of Disenchantment = worst signet ever. The "lose all energy" caveat is LAME. Signets aren't supposed to cost energy and there are far better enchantment removals with similar recharge times. And just for kicks, you can exchange an additional 5 seconds of recharge for some neat effect like damage, self-healing, or conditioning.

How do hammers do deep wound when they are blunt?

Cripple for swords but not for hammers?

Hammers have 2 deep wound skills
Axes have 4
Swords have 1, WTF!!!!

Deep wound isn't just cut or slash. It means, for example, crushed stomach, lungs or other internal organs. And that hurts a lot more and is much more lethal than a cut...

Guardian is 1s cast, an enchantment meaning it can be removed and besides, there are more things to interrupt than Guardian or WoW. I'd rather take down some of the offensive stuff such as LC than that, but the fact that it's unremovable makes it dumb all around.

Target ally gains +1...10 health regeneration. Also Heals nearby allies for 2...20 health.

[Vigorous Spirit]

Also enchants adjacent allies. affected allies gain x...x health when they attack or cast a spell.

[Dwayna's Sorrow] 5/1/30

Enchants all party members for 5...20 seconds. The next source of lethal damage against each party member is negated and Dwaynas Sorrow ends.
