PC on 13 stacks of Victory tokens during Wintersday

Could someone give me a PC on 13 stacks of Victory tokens during Wintersday (I know last festival they where going for 30-40k/stack, but dunno if thats also during this festival)?
If possible also on:
-Ded mini ooze,
-Perfect Dead sword,
-Perfect water prism offhand
-Perfect inspiration zodiac wand
-Perfect illusion chimeric eye wand
-Perfect inspiration Wayward wand
-Perfect tactics embossed aegis
-Perfect cantha fire staff

(perfect means req9 max statts)

Victory Tokens are useless during Wintersday, keep them untill the next Dragon Festival.
And I can assure you nobody will buy Victory Tokens at 30-40k a stack. I bought lots of stacks at 9k each, and I doubt the max price would go much beyond 12k, as that would mean ~240g per party points & 160g per sweet tooth point.

Other stuff;
Ded ooze - probably around 7~8k, not sure
Dead Sword - Salvage any worthwhile mods, then a couple of k, 5k max
Embossed Aegis - 5~8k

Last Dragon festival people where selling tokens for 25+k a stack.. but ty for the 3 pc's

There were those who tried selling the tokens for completely ridiculous prices but the tokens were actually selling for 8k - 9k a stack during the festival.
