Also please thank Joe Kimmes, our GW1 Live Team Programmer and Mike Zadorojny, our QA Manager and his team for all their hard work as well. :-)
Thanks for all your hard work Regina, and everyone in ArenaNet. And thanks for answering my question on the missing NPCs.

PS: I know there was a severe snow storm going on in Bellevue Washington for the past 2 days so you guys must have worked extra hard to get Wintersday going the way it should. I appreciate it!

I'd like to quote Jeff Strain today since a comment he made a while ago holds true right about now.

"The thing we're seeing with the Guild Wars player base is that because of the business model you don't have to be married to the game, you don't have to decide every month whether you're going to stay married or get divorced. You can put it down and then come back when you're excited about something new. " (http://www.gamespot.com/news/6175811.html)

I always come back when there's new content and it is a testament to this ideal since day 1.

EDIT: It's also nice that the Wintersday event is more or less an embodiment of the holidays rather than an outright "Christmas" event. It makes it more international like the community that's been forged over the years.
