uh, is Rift Warden literally taking a Wintersday break?

I'm at Lion's Arch with my Necro and for some reason I cannot find the Rift Warden. Is he delayed or something?

I'm going to Kamadan with my ranger to see if the Rift Warden is there.

Rift Warden shows up two days after event starts. In other words, Tomorrow.

Unless they changed it this year.

2007 it was Saturday, December 22nd, ~2 PM PST, probably the same this year

The NPC's will gradually appear during the week, just like Halloween.
