Buying from PlayNC

It's been more than 24 hours since I've bought Nightfall from PlayNC.us using my master profile that I have already linked with my in-game account. The transaction went smoothly and I can play Nightfall. However, every time I try to buy Factions I get the following message:
"You have reached the maximum limit of serial code purchases allowed at this time. For more details on these limits, visit our Knowledge Base article for Online Code Purchase Limits."
I could not find any more article in the knowledge base to help me.
I'm trying to get the offer buy one get 50% off on another one.
I have bought ONLY Nightfall from PlayNC so far; nothing else.
Do I have to wait a certain period of time before I can buy Factions from them? If so then how long? I really want to buy Factions from PlayNC to get the discount.

I believe you get that message when you attempt to make a second credit card purchase within a 24-hr period. It's a security feature.

Edit: Sorry for missing the 24-hr info in the OP (it was 2:48am here), but that is still the message you get. OP needs to contact PlayNC Support for help.

I'm assuming it's a longer time frame, or you don't know how to tell time.
