Upgrading Tormented Weapons

I was just looking on guildwiki and was reading about a Tormented Scythe and it states it comes with a 15^50 inscription, can you add a 20/20 and +30to it or is it the same as a green weapon?

you can upgrade it all you want you can even change the 15^50 too.

They're also gold, not green.

That's the beauty of Nightfall weapons...they're 100% customizable as a gold item, which tormented weapons are. Add w/e mod you want to it, whether it be a grip, blade, inscription, etc.

Feel free to have your way with that scythe (in modding terms, of course...sickos)
