I am one of the Guild Wars player in Hong Kong since 2005 .

At that time , I lost my account and I left this game .

But now , I want to play this game again .

I wonder to return my Guild Wars account .

Is there anyone can give me some informations or advices .

I got my account name , ID Card numbers and CD-key of Guild Wars .

I had sent e-mail to [email protected] twice time but they didn't reply to me .

Please help me . I love this game very much .

If you have your account e-mail, just enter password. Problem solved.

Other than that, we can't do anything to help you. Try looking at NCSoft Support Center

If you dont remember the password, im pretty sure you can just send it to your email on lost passwords, or?

and submit a support ticket, they will request some information from you to recover the lost account information.

I just tried his e-mail address but it failed .

I know my account , name , ID card , cue of password and the answer .

I had tried my yahoo / hotmail but it doesn't work

Think the best way is to simplify my post to ensure correct reply


1) account name.....This is your email address...not anything else


2) Security ....if you enter the correct email address at log-in and request new password? as some guys mix up password with caps ect...

£ Anet will ask you to confirm that you wish new password...in turn re security it will be sent to your email address

4) You must confirm by clicking on the link anet sends you along with new password..prevents hacking

5)once it is sent back to Anet the new password will become live only then

I have to add that been told on numerous occasions pass lost account stolen ect

this happens because you either lent your account to a friend ...I have to say on no account should any details given to a so called friend for whatever reason as 99% of the hicups are soley caused by this..

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here.

The "e-mail address" you originally setup the account with, is now the "account name". It doesn't matter what other e-mail addresses you may have, the account name will stay the same.

If you know the account name (which will look like an e-mail address) and the password, you should be able to log in. If you can't, your friend may have changed the password. He may have also changed the e-mail address that's tied to the account, but that won't change the account name.

Any attempt that you make, to change the password, will require that the new password be sent to the current e-mail address that is tied to the account. That's not necessarily the same e-mail address as the account name - it could be your friend's e-mail.

His English is probably better than you Spanish/French/German/etc. And yeah, Hong Kong, back off.

As for seysey's question, I lost my password before too and I just emailed plaync.com and they gave me a pw, it worked.

I don't think my friend steal my account because I had tried his email address .

Maybe other guys steal it or I lost my old e-mail address (I got many e-mail address)

I sent e-mail to plaync and said that I forgot my old email address but I got all the information of return account .
