I am extremely confused

Hope this is in the right forum.

well it been over half a year I think since I last played and now I feel like comming back.

anyway so I installed the game and got ready to play.
I noticed I needed to change my password so I did press "reset password"
I waited 24 hours and still nothing.
I know you should contact support but now is where my question comes.

after I used the "reset password" thing I got link to a page called "play NC" WTF has happned where is support wtf are I am suppost to do

I know play NC is some kind of company that got lot of diffrent MMO but I have no ide what i should do have they change they way you logg in or somthing?

ofc I have checked "support" on the offical GW site and it send me to this play NC site.

I am really sorry if people ahve asked this but I have no clue what to do.

to summirise quick then it would be: reset password dont work, give me link to wierd site and I cant find support.

You have to go through NCsoft site to get to support.

You have to ask a question through PlayNC support and then they should get back to you.

Anet is owned by NCsoft, has been for a while now. Because of that, support is handled by them, which would be the redirects to PlayNC. Just start a support ticket from there and you'll be on your way. Do have your access keys on hand though, they've been asking for them recently whenever you need help from support.

If I remember correctly from my tickets, you just ask a question and they should eventually get back to you. You may have to be persistent since they don't always respond in a timely manner.

actually what you need to do is setup a plaync account, and then login there and merge your guildwars account with it and then you can reset your password. I think.

I alredy tried make a account and used the "add game" thing but when I tried type in my GW Prophecies code nothing happend (stood that the code was wrong)
