We have a 20 slot vent server, alliance wich does mixed GvG's quite often and Alliance Battles from the luxon side.
What we want:
Friendly, doesnt get emo-rage from losing AB's or for someone from the guild/alliance failing at, for example healing you.
Ability to listen (preferably talk also) on ventrilo.
The will to learn, and teach or newer players.
