jusr me or is the polar bear rare not that rare

im seeing more and more of these thngs on guru and in game.

but there all going for 1750 ecto for a ded and so on. ive seen more of these being sold , more then most other rare minis.

does everythign think there worth as much as there being said there being sold for ....?

If people are willingly paying that much for them, than it doesn't matter how many there are, or how rare they are.

They are rare, but due to them being available during Wintersday they are more popular to sell this time of year.

also, last year: limited time, only a few days, no one knew about it till last minute, this year: two weeks, go nuts kids!

No, they're still quite rare.

Since Wintersday started all you have been doing is saying things like: "there are already xxx MPB's dude !!!" "it's not that rare" etc.

It IS rare, but extremely rare like last year ? No .
For comparison: according to Wiki there are 100+ mini panda's and that minipet is considered extremely rare...

No-one I personally know off has a MPB, so for me, it is still rare as hell.

well people ae mass buying them to ded them and i know for a fact because after xmas when everyone has them ded, the unded ones will go for way more because of no more supply that why im waiting to sell mine till after christmas where i can get more moneys but if that backfires, oh well at least i got a kick ass mini

Alot of people from our alliance have been farming SoS nonstop, still no MPB from the alliance.

It's worth as much as people want to pay for it I guess.

Well a friend and I have farmed the quest around 300-400 times and neither of us have a MPB. So ya, it is still rare.

go try and get one to drop from the chest and see how rare it is for yourself

The MPB is still rare, people are selling it in fear of it not being rare at the end of the event - same reason why Celestial Pigs went for 100k+some ecto at first but quickly went down to 50k in two days, then 20k, if not lower, be the end of the event. They were believed to be rare, and many people wanted to sell asap, and eventually it became non-rare.

People fear the same thing happening to the MPB. So they are selling it as fast as possible. Also some are fake sellers (on forums and in towns) who are trying to lower the cost. So take about half - if that - of those people have the MPB.

See the MPB is about as rare as getting an eternal blade from the UW chest. The difference is that this chest can be farmed in 8-10 minutes, while that chest can only be farmed every hour to hour and a half. I have NO clue why its worth so much right now. It is a very rare drop, but certainly not worth 1750e ded. If an eternal blade is worth 250e at best when req 9, MPB should be a fourth of that...
