hello guys i have a problem with my account , i have'nt been playing for a little , about 3-4 months , in these days i'd like to start to play again , but my pass and username wasn't accepted (and in my email it wasn't arrived nothing about changing password) , it says they was wrong , so i tried to create a new account ,with my validation code but it says it was just used !!!! so what i have to do !!! i have tried to go in to plaync , but my account with my email it was disapperead !!! how can i contact the support for these problem , i have everything original , but someone steal my account

You have to contact GW support and tell them about it. They will want proof that you own the account/CD keys. I think you can get to support right from the GW site - www.guildwars.com

Just remake your PlayNC account and explain your problem to the support people. It will take being persistent to really get any answers but just keep at it. Good luck.
