100k/75k for Blue/Lesser Skinned R8 or R9 max insc Steel Daggers

Yes I really want the blue/lesser skin and not the Purple or Gold. I like the smooth edge of the lesser skins over the dual tipped purples and Jagged Golds.

I'm paying 75k for R9 max insc blue/lesser skinned Steel Daggers.
And I'm paying 100k for R8's

I'm also buying non-max insc scythes with a min dmg of 10-?? Req 4 or lower.
(I currently have an insc blue bronze scythe R5 10-26, I want lower req better damage) This is not very important so I'm only offering 10k. They can only be found in the Istani region.
