Regarding attribute quest.
Forgotton200
I remember reading a thread where a bunch of people where talking about going to EOTN without doing attribute quest. Although prophecies was the first campaign I purchased, I still didn't complete it after going lion's arch while finishing faction, nightfall, and Eotn.
I think I read something about not being able to do the attribute quest anymore if you go to EOTN or is it still possible doing it later on (as a prophecies character)? I wanted to get my survivor title via Kilroy's boxing so I'm not getting hurt by not having full attribute. I'm just worried whether I won't be able to complete the attribute quest or not.

This is what I was thinking as well. I'm trying to search up the thread but I'm not getting much luck finding it. It was probably a month ago when I read it.

So I don't think there should be any issue.

It should be still possible. I think what that thread was suggesting, if this is the same thread we're thinking about, is that people shouldn't be allowed to go to GWEN without getting the attribute points. Largely because an increasing number of people weren't getting the max attribute points, especially those from Prophecies, since the second attribute point quest is disgustingly far in compared to those in Factions and NF.
So I don't think there should be any issue. |

Rumors! This is the stuff that got people burned as witches....oh...umm
the attribute quests are definetly doable. This character was halfway thru EOTN before I got around to collecting the last 15 attr points...had the desert quest done
Edit...was already well into both Factions and Nightfall to.

Any Tyrian (Prophecies) character can do the attribute point quests. You have to have ascended to be able to do the second one.

The only thing a Prophecies character might lose is the 50k experience if they ascend in Cantha by doing the Nahpui Quarter mission. Once you have ascended, fighting your Doppelganger does not reward the 50k xp.

I believe there was an issue some had with NF chars going to EoTN early. Since their 15 point attribute quests are not so much quests as something tied in with their Sunspear ranks, when they reach lvl20 in EoTN they found that coming back to Istan, they could no longer earn bounties or something. And thus they had no further way of advancing their titles, hence missing attribute points.
As a Proph char, you should have no problems.

i'm coming back to this game too.
but these new bonus attribute quests for these campaigns, are all 6 available to any character?
For example...can a prophecy warrior do the attribute quests from factions and/or nightfall?

No.
A Prophecies Warrior can only do Prophecies Attribute quests.

As stated at the top of the page http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Attri...e_point_quests
"Attribute point quest rewards are always limited to the character native to the campaign only, so although foreign characters may help out a native character finishing the quest, no reward will be given to the foreign player upon completion."

Then the characters can pick up Sunspear point bounties there, no matter what level they are. On Istan, the point bounties are cut off at a certain character level (for example, level 8 and above can't get the plant bounty outside of Kamadan). But on the mainland the bounties are cut off for Sunspear rank, which is a lot higher than what you'd need for the attribute quests.
