WTB <r8 Tactics Shields (specific) & Monk tomes

I want inscribable req. 8 (or lower) tactics shields, in any of these types:

Enameled Shield
Amber Aegis
Ancient Shield
Emblazoned Defender

14, 15 & 16 armor are acceptable. It doesn't matter if the shield is blue/purple/gold.

Leave the following information: [?]al req [?] tactics [shield make], [pre][price][/pre]

Example: 14al req 6 tactics Enameled Shield, 1g
(You get the idea!)

If you'd like, you can feel free to list what the shield already has on it. The only important thing is that it's req 8 or lower tactics, 14-16 armor, inscribable and one of the aforementioned skins.

Edit: In addition to that, I need normal monk tomes as well, not elite.
