There is a sword on the map for where Jokanur Digging is, and also, there is two swords on Chanbek Village. Please help...

Ok. Thats not a question, but I'll try and give you an answer.
Those swords represent how well you did on those missions. You would have seen them be added at the end cutscene of those missions.

Basically what the other poster said. But to clarify, once you've finished a mission you'll get a score based on how well you accomplished the mission and bonus objectives. 1 sword means you did the mission. 2 swords means you completed some of the bonus objectives. 3 means you did all the bonus objectives. You can always go back and redo the missions to try to do the bonus objectives, although if you're just starting out I wouldn't worry too much about that and just have fun playing the game. You can always go back later when you're bored

Nah, for Chahbek Village it just means that you had 2 surviving recruits(the 2 swords, if there is also a spear you had 3 surviving recruits).
For Jokanur Diggings, you have 1 sword, that means you killed both the spirits in the mission, if you'd have let 1 ghost stay alive there would be 2 swords, with 2 ghosts alive there would be 2 swords and a spear.
A long and useless way to say there is nothing to worry about.

1 sword means u completed mission without bonus or masters, and2 swords mean that u did bonus and mission. 2 swords and a spear means u did the mission with bonus and did in a certain amount of time i think.
