1) Not sure about the Ghostly Staff, I never see them sold. You could probably get a lot for it 50k-70k range just for the skin.
2) The pricing guide says Runic Blades go for 70-90k, although I haven't seen anyone selling them recently, so you might be able to get more.
3) I bought a Zodiac Shield Q.10 Tactics the other day for 10k. I can't see a motivation one going for much more.
4) The damage isn't so important for caster swords, and the skin is a bit of a rarity. It is worth something, although I have no clue.
5) 50k+, although that's a conservative estimate.
6) and 7) I can't see them worth much... They would be useful for casters, since there is no requirement, but they aren't max and the skin isn't exactly sought for. -Shrugs- I don't know.

runic: 20k max. dungeons made them more common then apple pie
zod shield: 10k
dead sword: merch, although suited as a caster weapon if you insist on keeping it
magmas: ~70k, maybe lower. not so popular as insc anymore
6&7: merch since if you equip a shield without meeting the requirement, it will still give you 8 armor
edit: draconic scythe: have seen them for around 100k
