The best solo farming tips?

Okay,i've played guild wars for a while now but every day i go on i get a new solo farming build and its getting rediculous now, currently im a 55 monk with only monk skills solo farming in Nebo Terrace in Hard Mode. whats the best solo build currently on the run and the best place to far. Any help would be appreciated =)

The 'best' would probably be either:
A) Raptor Farming (Usually with an ele/mes)
B) Vaetirr Farming (Usually with an ele/mes or permasin)
C) Smite run in UW (Varies).
All these have builds on the wiki, just check the "great" builds under Farming. They usually have an explanation for the farm in the article.

which of the above places do u get the best drops from , on my Nebo Terrace run i average about 1 or 2 gold dead bows about 500g of bones and another 200-400g of whites/blue weapons etc
what are the best rewards available from those areas and what are your average drops in these areas?
