Quickest route to Factions from NF

I've completed all other campaigns, but today I bought NF to open up some more skills. Just now I leveled up to level 6 and I now have Dunkoro in my party, but I want to get to Factions as soon as possible to quickly level up from there and EoTN.

My question basically is what's the fastest way of getting to Factions from Nightfall? I really want to get there asap. Thanks in advance!

The fastest, and only, way to get to other continents is to progress on the first island until you reach a mission called: Consultate Docks. You can be ran to the docks for max armour but you CANNOT get the quests to move onto other continents until you unlock the mission by going through all of it yourself.

Ahh ok so I need to level up to 17 before I can move on. That's a shame...argh!

Or you can get 500 Sunspear Promotion Points and become a Sunspear Captain. That will unlock the appropriate quest line for you.

Remember to get every bounty you can while questing or exploring. My level 10 ele is 5 pts away from that rank.

You also want to make sure that you have all your attribute points before running off to other lands. It's hard to run higher level builds if you don't have the whole 200.

Isn't it still possible to get a ferry?

Have someone with the appropraite quest take you to the docks then have someone with the Cantha quest take you to KC

At least that was what I did with my Ranger.

As no1 else has said this - fastest and easiest way to gain access to factions - kamadan with lf docks taxi and you will be able to get another taxi from docks to tyria or cantha without doin the primaries.It got my lvl 2 monk from nf to kaineng easily lol.

@Rivontus - the quests actually called The Time is Nigh and its what leads you to consulate docks and i believe is the 16th or 17th primary - next primary is the actual docks mission to end up in kourna.Also the 2 quests needed to reach either cantha or tyria is got after docks access from 2 npcs in kamadan near the open docks at churrah fields exit.

Yeah I read you can get a ferry to Kaineng that way, but wasn't sure. I'm bloody level 10 now from playing through NF - a wasted day by the looks!

Not entirely wasted

You would have had to be level 10 to get to EoTN anyway and even if it is a little slower in nightfall, it is much safer than it would have been in KC where a single hit from a level 20 mob could have taken you out. So now when you get to KC you will be all set to bop to EoTN immediately.
