Monk insignia - skill chaining quest

I'm currently playing a Monk/ele and im doing the quest Skill Chaining and I can't figure it out. It gives me 2 skills: Draw Condition and Zeolot's Fire and I can't use the Draw Condition since there are no ally in the dojo with me. So how do i complete this quest?

You do not have to use the skills that you are given to complete the quest. All you need to do is defeat both opponents; it doesn't matter which skills you use to do it. You might consider speccing into smiting for it, so that you can hammer away with some holy damage.

You cannot complete this quest using the monk skills. You need to use skills from a secondary profession.

Also note that you don't need to complete this quest to continue the story. You can come back to it later if you want.
