Accidentally salvaging my Kurzick 15k Armor with a standard salvage kit instead of the perfect one. Entering several areas to cap a skill and didn't bring skill cap. Starting my protector title before the update that gave more gold for completing the books. Vanquishing both Elona and Cantha before the books came out. Buying an eternal spidey tonic for 100k+110e!! The list goes on. I think the worst is customizing my req 7 14%^50 long sword and req 8 15%^50 fellblade. Oh and selling my req 8 15%^50 Jade Sword for a req 9 Insc Gaurdian of the Hunt! GAH!

Glad to hear l'm not the only person who's gone out to cap a skill without cap sig. 
Dedicating my war's tourmy shield in HoM still irks me. Why why why did l do that!
Especially since its probably my least played char since ursan nerf took all the fun out of fast Fow and Doa runs. :/
The greatest moment of embarrassment however is still running back into town accidently after doing a vanqi with friends in Mineral Springs. Right at last group we died somehow, rez'd, and l ran off the rez shrine not thinking...straight through the teleport back into town! Omg! Doh! Still makes me shake head in amazement.

1) Erasing a two-year old character. I got this game back in May 2005. However, due to my crappy computer, I couldn't play it until 2007. When I came back, I saw that my character was still there, so I deleted her and started over. D'oh!! I wonder what minipets I lost!!
2) When I was first playing this game, in Post-Searing Ascalon, in "The Breach" area, I specifically remember a Golem dropping a Ruby. I didn't know what it was so I just merched it off.
3) Deleting a character before moving all of his stuff/gold into storage.
