Where did your survivor die?

Died to the first boss in Nightfall that I came across.


Yeah, I'm a pro.

My last Survivor that died was a level 19 Dervish that tried to do Chasing Zenmai. It was the first time I was trying the quest after the method of getting Zenmai had been changed. I was right next to the boss and he made swift work of my progress. I think I took a week or two off of GW after that and deleted her when I got back. Never tried for Survivor since.

Before that, I had a Survivor die at some low level when he was fighting in the starter island of Nightfall, and I didn't realize that there was a level ~11 mixed in with level ~6s that I figured our team could handle with no issue.

My main character, my ele died on purpose at 1,337,789 XP, screenshot below


My other character, my Ranger, died with 400,000 XP due to stupid mandragors :S I didn't wanna do dwarven boxing or anything, I wanted to beat the game and take an epic screenshot of her in Norn Armor with 1,337,500 exp >_<

My Ele died at 700k in a Djinn ambush. I touched the "Do Not Touch" gold pile...

What, it was the first week of Nightfall.

I didn't play him for over 2 months after that.

I've made over 40 attempts since this time last year for survivor, between several professions.

However much you hate lag spikes, I can guarantee you I hate them more.

Most of these were Canthan characters who died in the Echovald to Ele/Rit bosses and the like. Nightfall characters died towards the end of Kourna. Prophecies characters anywhere from Ascalon to the Desert. About 1/10 of these were the result of it being late, and over-aggroing, the rest were lag spikes.

I am still trying for Legendary Survivor, and I absolutely refuse to give up or lower myself to boxing or other gimmicks. Only thing I'll do is play the game, and go for Skill Hunter at the same time

killed him in boxing dungeon so as to keep him right at 1,337,000 exp in the title window =D 2nd attempt and the 1st never did die, lmao

Get disconnected during Kilroy Dwarven Boxing ><

First ever attempt was a baby Necro on Nightfall starter island... owned by kournans or however you call them ^ ^ I went on a rampage after that and enjoyed playing with their corpses

Second was an elementalist. Decided to do dwarven boxing and just get the title over and done with so I'd have it on my account. She bit the dust at r2 1/2 when the Ettin at the last part knocked me down and the button to "get up" didn't work (curse you lag monster). All those wasted scrolls and time XD

Third attempt was a Para. After killing one group of kournans decided to tackle the next. Looked away from the screen as I ran (distractions...ugh), looked back on the screen when I only had quarter of a life left and then realised... oops. Left heroes flagged waaaay at the back =____=

^___^ I hate that title now...

I've never actually attempted a survivor but this thread has inspired me.
But... all of my characters (I'm pretty sure of this) died at/before level 10 :P

My monk died (leg survivor) at Ring Of Fire (HM) meh

Was going as far as I could for it as ranger (e.g., playing normally thru the storyline, no logout hijinks), but I forgot to unflag my heroes in Thirsty River, and there she went at 180k xp.

My single most hated place in the game has to be the Zen Daijun mission.
Yijo and Xeng.
The bridge, Rift, elevation damage bonus, double damage, Shelter and Union as only prots -> KAA-BOOM!

If they make it though that - they made it.
And if they don't - they are remade.



After reaching LS - they just get killed in some random places. I allow myself to mess up and they die.

Mine died in a 1v1 with my friend after about 4 attempts. I needed some "decent" way to die, and thought losing to a friend would be cool.

not where but how, and the culprit is lag.

Lagged at roughly 900k in Kilroy HM, because of some error message - switched back and the twat was at 00:01...

My survivor was my para. I didn't realise i'd got the title till it hit max. First death was in DoA at the hands of jadoth.

I also finnished fow, uw, urgoz, doa and all 3 campaigns before that death....And people still say paras suck

Was doing the quests to get I am Unstoppable, and got err 07'd while I was killing Whiteout. I log back in, and I had a death ><!

Luckily, I was at 1.8 million xp at the time ^^

One (I was a survivor RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO once) of my wannabe survivors died while doing Vizunah. I was eating a cookie, forgot to unflag my heroes and ran straight into a mob.

It was pretty funny though.

Arborstone for my monk - I don't know what happened, but Dunkoro stopped healing me and my own WoH was interrupted by the damn ceiling. I didn't care too much though, the survivor title was just a nice "if it happens, cool" thing.
